  • 1 lb of flank steak, skirt steak, or carne asada (we recommend our fajita meat!)

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ jalapeño, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
