John Mulls Meats is known for quality cuts and killer BBQ. Originally operating as a butcher and slaughterhouse, it has evolved into a unique shopping experience in Las Vegas, offering great prices, and exceptional customer service. John Mull started in the meat processing field over 80 years ago, and in 1954 he opened his first slaughterhouse.

Over the years, many things have changed at John Mull meats, and no longer are animals slaughtered on the property. Instead, most of the products you’ll find at John Mull Meats are shipped from farms and stockyards across the country. Some things haven’t changed, the building has remained the same, and many staff members have been at John Mull Meats for many years. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and can assist and give advice on cooking, grilling, and meal planning.

The Road Kill Grill, a catering division of John Mull Meats was born, after many years of providing local caterers with product. Now, Road Kill Grill cooks and prepares all the meats and fixings for BBQ events of up to 4,500 people. The expertise makes John Mull Meats and the Road Kill Grill known for the best BBQ in Las Vegas. The recipes are so special, with many of the BBQ meats requiring 16 hours to cook. Not only that, but the current owner Chuck (John Mull’s grandson) tumbles the meats in his own seasoning blends. On top of the market & Road Kill Grill, you can pick up prepared fresh BBQ with sides and fixing for a picnic-style meal. You can even find yourself some delicious desserts.
